Most vendors are cashless. ATMs on site for backup.

Restricted airspace · no exceptions, including for press.
Professional cameras with detachable lenses
Photo pit access is by accreditation only. Apply through Press.
Audio/video recording for distribution
Personal phone clips fine. Commercial recording needs accreditation.
Vapes / e-cigarettes
Pending venue agreement · final policy posted closer to festival.
Fireworks, flares, smoke devices
Confiscated and reported.
Totems over 6 feet tall
Blocks sightlines. Shorter ones OK with security check.
Pets (non-service animals)
Credentialed service animals welcome everywhere.
Large bags / coolers / hardshell luggage
Use the small-bag spec instead · 12×12 inches max.
Selfie sticks / tripods
Blocks views and creates congestion.
Allowed with notice or proof. Bring documentation to make gate check faster.
Medical devices & supplies
Insulin pumps, EpiPens, inhalers, CPAP. Tell gate staff on entry.
Dietary food (allergy / medical)
With note from healthcare provider or prescription label.
Low-profile chair
Designated zones only · final policy posted with site map.
Wheelchair / mobility device accessories
All accessibility-supporting equipment welcome. Apply for the accessible viewing platform reservation.
Baby carrier / stroller
Small strollers OK in family zones. Park at the family check-in.
Small folding umbrella
Fine in light rain. Asked to close during sets that draw a crowd behind.
Merch picked up earlier in the day
Hold receipts. Bag check applies at re-entry.
Security has final say at the gate. Lists above are our best current intent · venue agreements, weather, and operational reviews can shift specific items before festival day.
If we confiscate something: we don't store personal items. Anything we have to take goes in the bin at the gate, or · if it's clearly hazardous · to law enforcement. Leave the questionable stuff at home.
